I believe at some time during the Q postings, there was a statistic Q cited that indicated that 90% of the Dems were corrupted, and 50% of the Reps were also corrupted. So the question then becomes, how do you take out ALL of them.
Based on what I appear to be seeing theorized, this strategy would nail both groups in the arrest net.
