Well, sure. If we don’t get murdered by criminals, we are all going to die from some health related thing, and that includes complications from obesity.
But my government does not have a Constitutional duty to protect my health while it DOES have a constitutionally delineated duty to protect me from foreign invaders and my state government should protect me from criminals.
The fact that so many people want to make “health care” a right is disturbing.
