The farce was farced by Mary Peltola and the Dems, and the victims of the farce are the voters of Alaska and unfortunately the US Senate, potentially.

Unfortunately it's already been to court at least once or so one has heard, and the ruling has been that one Dan Sullivan has just as much right as another Dan Sullivan to run for office...

Still it's farcical. One hopes the real effect is to flip some swing voters...
