The Smith family reunion may .. and probably does .. include blacks, whites, browns, trannies, and/or homosexuals to one degree or another. So, even though, admission is restricted to some degree, it's nothing that would automatically violate federal discrimination laws.

On the other hand, a reservation restricting the park to admission by LBGT+ and or color limitations is discrimination pure and simple ... or are they going to allow me to hold a white-only function in the park as well?
