Right. Your theory (and almost everyone else here's theory) is that the 502,000 Cornyn voters are Republicans first and RINOs second, so that Paxton (or whoever else would be the nominee) can bank those 502,000 votes in addition to their own and is certain to win.

All I have ever said is that the Texas race is an interesting test of YOUR theory, or let's call it the FR Standard Model.

What I believe is that 502,000 Cornyn voters, most of them (and this applies to Murkowski voters, and Collins voters, etc) are RINOs first, that they will vote for a Democrat or not vote before they vote for Paxton or anyone like Paxton.

We will see soon who is right.

If you were to use a few words only to describe the political climate in a given state, what words would you use for say, CA, or NY, or perhaps CO?. Now, how about Iowa, or Kansas, or Texas?
