Nick says he spent time with his attorney who says it is not violation for Nick to reveal it.
But it should be for the hospital/facility to release or confirm.
Not a HIPAA violation unless the source disclosed protected health information, i.e., specific medical issue, diagnosis, treatment, etc. Merely stating that Talarico is no longer at the facility is not a HIPAA violation.
