If I understand that correctly, I want nothing to do with it. It’s just like Calif. trying to set vehicle emissionfor the whole U.S. Tell Colo. to stuff it; it can’t produce anything good.

California perfected the method.
Several states’ legislatures have ceded control to the unelected California Air Resources Board regarding things like emissions. How and why their citizens stand for such a thing is beyond me.
