The DOJ said it identified over 6 million potentially responsive pages, per the Office of Deputy Attorney General, January 30, 2026.
Only three and a half million have been released.
“Do you have a list of all the files including those that have not been released?” No, but the DOJ does.
The term was ‘potentially’. That could easily be greatly exaggerated.
