When Biden was President, the Democrats played lawfare hardball....numerous charges, both criminal and civil, brought against Trump and [his] Trump’s associates and his supporters. Conservatives can’t be doormats; we need to do the same.

Well, no. “Lawfare” is using the appearance of lawfulness to do unlawful things.

If patriot conservatives indict and convict people, the charges must stand on the truth and established law—no making it up as we go along; no accusing someone and manufacturing the evidence, no searching for an ostensible crime in all of a person's backstory because of his/her politics.

I completely agree. And there are numerous actual, well-documented crimes which should be charged.
