I’m thinking that if this season’s El Niño is all it’s cracked up to be, lakes Meade and Powell will fill up. But Lordy that’s the kind of rain event that made the dalton sea back in about 2012 or so. That’s what first prompted the idea of the Hoover dam. I believe it was Hoover who first thought of it 20 years before it was actually built
