And why would Russia do this? As far as I know they are not at war with any of these countries. And since they have their hands full with Ukraine, I’m not sure why they would want to miss anyone else off.
Why? To sow chaos, fear, and disruption. It is what the Russians are best at, and a VERY longstanding tactic of (not only) theirs.
