The Walmart where I live has drone delivery. Unless your outside near the drop spot, you can’t hear them. That service works great for small items that you missed while shopping. Saves a trip to the store and no extra charge either.
I hope that is the situation because I like the delivery and assuming it all works well, then it will stay with us with better and larger drones with heavier payloads.
For the military minded, think of all the advancement coming from giants like Walmart and Amazon doing the spending and research on finessing drone deliveries to the field.
