I thought each off campus home had an appointed person, more or less in charge of keeping basic things functioning.
Where was this person?

It is a Sorority.   ΔΦΕ Delta Phi Epsilon is on the porch.

I did a little digging when I first heard about it. This wasn’t the first attack in the area. They occurred off campus where the campus police did not have jurisdiction. The mayor and chief of police are black democrats. The city council are all democrats. The city voted for Harris. Eventhough there is plenty of available video evidence I doubt if there will be any meaningful investigation. The college president was Provost at the very liberal Belmont University in Nashville. The chances that he will demand better protection for his students are close to nil.
