glad it worked for him, but important to realize that a lot of these ‘fad’ diets (and not using that as an insult), work not because of what you are eating, but in many cases work because of what you are *Not* eating.
i.e. the fact that he eats 100% meat, and presumably real meat, means he is not eating processed sugar, HFCS, loads of chemicals and additives, carbs etc - so in my mind people see these great results not from what they are eating, but because of what they are not eating.
It would be interesting comparison if he tried another ‘fad’ diet, i.e. vegan based on only 100% organic fruits and veggies/nuts and see if he also had great improvements in his condition and overall health.
I know people who have had great results on carnivore diets, and also people who have gone the organic veggie/fruit/nut diet...but in both cases, in order to stick to either of those 2 extremes - they gave up a lot of crap, and the lack of crap is usually what gives you the benefits.
I’m 75 and most of my life I’ve taken antihistamines to stop itching.
Three years ago I unintentionally changed my diet while the wife and kid were out of state.
I just found it easy to fill a pot with meat and vegetables and let it cook for 20 minutes.
I stopped itching and can walk again with no pain.
I don’t have joint pains in my shoulders or fingers anymore.
I work in the yard all day and wake in the morning with no pain.
At about the same time as my new diet, I started taking a teaspoon of turmeric a day.
It helps control general muscle pain.
I listened to what Kennedy was saying about processed foods and it made sense to me.
A year ago I started getting muscle cramps, mostly in my hands.
Magnesium takes care of that.
If I get muscle cramps within an hour of eating, I search to find the food that caused it.
Recently it was chicken meatballs in spaghetti.
I rarely eat pasta, rice or bread but I’ve found some brands that are okay.
