True but we have a huge advantage. SpaceX. About 85% of all tonnage put in space world wide is done by SpaceX. They can do it far more quickly and cheaply than anybody else.
Yes, any enemy can destroy big expensive satellites but we can flood the zone with cheap cubesats. No enemy will ever be able to get them all.
