All the Eufy devices connect to wifi so you do need that. I'm curious why you don't have wifi. If you have internet, which you obviously do because you're posting here, all you need is an inexpensive wifi router to have wifi.
I’ve found it easier to use my Smartphone. I’ve been using it for so long, when I did have laptop access, I didn’t know how to proceed to first base!
