As a ballpark example: 2 milligrams of table salt is roughly 20–40 grains, depending on the crystal size.

I was a bit nervous about being given fentanyl in the hospital, and said so etching like “isn’t that the drug peeps are dying from?” And was told that hospital grade was safe and that street grade often was mixed with other junk which made it deadly.
I’d still rather just get the old standby hospital pai. Relief with morphine or Darvocet or whatever after operations.

65 grains per milligram. 2mg = 130 grains. Dope dealers are not the best at pharmaceutical calculations and thus kill people by accident and on occasion with intent.
