On the opposite perspective I watched the Rick Springfield interview on Joe Rogan Experience last night.
Rick is 77 years old. He works out six days a week.
He looked like he was in his early sixties.
I suspect he has had some cosmetic surgery.
However, he is a health nut.
As is Rogan.
They talked about other old rockers like Mick Jagger. Who travels with two semi trucks filled with gym/workout equipment when he is on tour. So that he can still run around stage like a chicken with his head cut off at the age of 83.
