Hank and the skank are both stuck on stupid. Their sloppy and irresponsible way of doing things gets them into financial trouble and also could get them into trouble with the law.

The monarch has to make sure that anyone who deals with them knows that the monarchy will NOT be drawn into litigation over their mismanagement.

If they get themselves dragged into court over financial or legal infractions, the crown will not bail them out and is in NO way a party to THEIR activities!
