I just read where the guy was posting to Facebook on company time, on company computers, and repeatedly refused to remove information from his Facebook page about who employed him.
First Amendment rights don’t apply here.
The guy is a raging Leftist scumbag who deserved termination.
Just as I thought. Sometimes, the Backstory is the REAL story. He should have been shown the door months ago.
