The legal and judicial system in LA enables - if not encourages - squatters, who have all the rights.

Even if the home owners wanted to do something about it, they’ll face a tough, uphill battle in the courts of LA - but be required to pay property taxes and any security and upkeep on the property.

This is an area that holds fund raisers for the likes of Democrat mayor and do-nothing Karen Bass. Just ask the folks in Pacific Palisades how it’s going...
