It has no place in the Constitution. There is nothing about healthcare in the document and it took years to get out of a court case, Roe vs Wade to get to that point. The court never should have entertained it to begin with. Leave it in the states especially since the doctors are assigned a license at state level. The feds are only involved with medicare/caid and the ACA. And we shouldn’t be there either. Congress passed the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) in 1996 and it sets a national baseline to protect sensitive patient health data and medical records from being shared without permission.
