I have never had a gas stove in any of my houses. The reason is that I have never lived where there was a natural gas line in front of my residence since I moved to NH.

Growing up in WNY every house had a natural gas line in front. Here it is only available in the cities.
The three houses I have owned also had heating oil boiler furnaces and some type of wood or pellet stove. The only other options are propane. Electricity is not a great option to heat with around here. It gets too cold for heat pumps.

I HAVE HAD NAT GAS STOVE—ELECTRIC-—& PROPANE.

HATED THE ELECTRIC.

HAVE HEATED HOUSES WITH NAT GAS-—&
WOOD STOVE: FOR OVER 2553 FEET OF SPACE &
PROPANE FORCED AIR.
