True, gas burners can irritate.
But you need induction, not those coils. Those coils are from another age. I mean, why make it better when you can have it worse?
OTH, meat needs gas heat on a grill.

Induction is nice but you may have to upgrade your pots and pans. If a magnet will not stick to the bottom of a pan, it will not work on an induction range.
