Well, there’s still one sane person in Massachusetts.

The one juror holding out for guilty.

Of course after the judge declares a hung jury and it’s made public who he is, it wouldn’t surprise me if he has to move out of that shitty state completely.

He should arm up with notices on his front yard and on his house and car that threats will be treated as deadly intents.

In a way that is good. It would mean they would mean they cannot seat am impartial jury. They would be in fear of their lives if they returned the wrong verdict. A change of venue would be necessary.

I have to admire the dissenting juror. He stuck to his guns under a lot of pressure.
