Quite true about premeditation. Otherwise, why would a trained nurse be so supposedly incapable of dealing with her post-partum depression? Why would she go to doctor after doctor and accumulate a large mass of prescriptions?
To me, the prosecution left no doubt that she planned to kill her children that day. Even chose the time and set it all up.
The 11 who can’t figure out what the 1 juror had no problem seeing are the ones not following the law.
As far as that trial goes. A mistrial is the only remedy because the judge and the defense have totally destroyed their credibility and any chance at a just verdict.
