Not a good idea to tell people.

You’re going to beat them up, harm them ect.

Also telling someone you’re going to kill them.

They just might believe you.

Then protect themselves.

I went downtown in the city where I grew up and there were people screaming in the street. Just ranting. My brother asked if that happened where I live. I said “No because they would be looking down the barrel of a gun”. Be polite or you risk getting shot.
