Exactly. If one lives in NYC one doesn’t have a Walmart in Manhattan but with a commute they are on the doorstep. Of course Manhattan snobs would never want to become a bridge and tunnel person in reverse.

Yes, but there are Targets all over the place. I have a 10 minute walk to work from the LIRR, and I pass 2 of them!
