Lack of a speedy trial is as much a constitutional violation on the public as it is on the perp. The public DESERVES swift and definitive justice be done.
What about KSN? More than two decades after 9/11 and they still refuse to prosecute this guy.
Perp should have been executed long ago. Our system of justice is as broken as Congress.
A citizen has the right to a speedy trial. Not the public.
