Quite a contrast there but then Christ is no sinful man like MaddMoe was.

Excellent! The contrast for me is how Christ invites followers to come in, empowers missionaries and evangelists, clears paths for Christians to do amazing things -- is completely active in the lives of his disciples and active in life's events.

Allah can do nothing, he is not involved in life's events of his followers. All what is accomplished in Islam is up to the motivations of activists. And what is accomplished is by war, violence and force - all applied by the individual disciple who must risk his life to enforce Allah's 'will'... and there is punishment for failure!

Allah appears inactive, uninvolved, powerless. Christ appears continually active in affairs and accomplishes His will through empowering individual volunteers.

This is probably grossly over simplified but what stands out is Christ as an active, supportive force and Allah simply sitting by the pool demanding his disciples follow his laws and dedicate themselves to forcefully spreading his religion.
