The Clancy case - the liberals thought they had this one in the bag. Thought that they could use it to excuse women whenever they murder. First, their own kids, then other peoples’ kids, then other people because, you know - hormones or something.
One lone juror out of the pre-selected jury pool stood up against their scheme and ruined their scheme. The entire trial and reaction was a charade, a skit at the expense of the American public, as much of what the left does is.
The last ditch effort of the defense attorney to try to get the one dissident jurist to be kicked off the jury failed. Incidentally, that attorney should never be allowed to practice law again, but that’s another story for another time.

Being from Massachusetts you know that they just passed an abortion bill allowing abortion up to time of delivery. I think this Clancy trial is setting the stage for advancing that time into a child's life. It is obvious that the trial intended to find Clancy 'guilty by reason of insanity'. By law, as I understand it in Mass, after 40 days she could be declared 'sane' and be set free.
One male juror didn't go along and the defense attorney actually wants him sanctioned for not obeying the judge's instructions. Of course the judge couldn't endorse that action since it implies that the judge instructed the jury to return the desired verdict. I suspect that there are loopholes in Mass to bypass a 'hung jury' without holding another trial.
The court, the media and the pink crowd demonstrating outside expected the scripted outcome. Once Clancy was released from 'mental treatment' in 40 days, the radical abortion crowd would start agitating for post-partum 'abortion'. Such a policy has been argued in Mass for a few decades; I remember an MIT professor in the 90s arguing for abortion up to five years of age.
They might start with 'just 6 months' after birth; they are progressives!
This is a demonic movement that harkens back to ancient child sacrifice and deities such as Moloch. The shooter at the Catholic school some months ago (in Chicago?) created a picture of themselves looking in a mirror and their reflection was clearly Moloch - beyond any doubt.
