● Broccoli / other cruciferous vegetables (sulforaphane)
● Turmeric (curcumin)
● Berries (anthocyanins / ellagic acid)
● Green tea (EGCG)
Sometimes garlic is swapped in for green tea.
These foods have lab and observational research on anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-angiogenic effects. They are not a proven way to “starve” or cure cancer, and nothing here replaces medical treatment.
