I believe those were safetynet plans in case the Black Hat's efforts escaped containment by the White Hats. We didn't have days of blackout or EBS announcements from Trump during his first term; I believe we were blessed with warriors who held the line and kept the fighting out of our line of sight. Takedowns occurred and justice was served to many.

I think Trump's June retruth of the forecast of unrest approaching Nov 3 is an updated Storm safetynet advisory, and that our heroes anticipated the Black Hats could be active starting in the spring. I think the calm thus far is due to the fact the White Hats have been stopping false flags and financial attacks.
We've come to the end of summer without Black Hat breakthroughs. I'm going to pause here to thank God for blessing us, and ask Him to bless all our White Hat working hard to protect America and Americans.

THe window of opportunity is narrowing for the Deep State's efforts to portray societal and financial unrest in an attempt to drive (cowardly) voters to vote for Dems to escape the chaos. Trump's reminder shows the safetynet is in place (operators are standing by) and given the relative quiet, an unbelievably complex array of White Hat operators and technology are actively protecting us.
