I love NM but no way could I live there now. When I moved there in 1963(military brat) there weren’t a million people in the entire state. Probably that many in the city and surrounding area now. Great in high school years. Census says 550,000 IN Abq.
I used to love to visit New Mexico. La Placita in Albuquerque is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the world. However, from what I have been hearing, New Mexico has gotten to be a lot like Old Mexico.
