Getting Involved Means Republicans Can Win

We can all do something in the lead-up to the November election. What is your something?

Patriots don’t have to open their wallets to contribute to a candidate’s campaign, although money is always welcome. You can contact your local county Republican Party or directly reach out to the candidate and/or organization promoting a proposition. Everyone can do something to save our nation from a growing communist takeover.

Local candidates (school boards, city councils, aldermen, boards of supervisors, commissioners, etc.) often run on shoestring budgets. Anything you can do is appreciated.

For instance, Maureen “Quinn” Flaherty ran for the Long Beach, California, school board in the June primary. A special ed teacher at a charter school, Flaherty was making strong inroads in her school board district during the campaign, which explains why teachers’ union members started showing up to protest at her events. She shared her story with me:

I ran for Long Beach Unified School District Board Member in the June 2, 2026, primary. I have been a community leader in Long Beach, CA, hosting events to teach the public about their constitutional rights since 2020. My goal in running was to do more for my community since these days there are many agendas that are unhealthy for children attending public schools. For more background visit Protect Our Kids website.

Throughout my campaign, I endured much harassment and abuse such as disparaging signs about me throughout Long Beach and in my own neighborhood, attack ads on YouTube, teacher union members and Antifa showing up at my events trying to shut down my voice, and more. Despite all the negatives, I came in second place with 33 percent of the vote, out of three candidates. The incumbent had 55 percent. She won outright in the primary election

... money supply and doing nothing for the common citizen. I, like many others, became disgusted and tired enough after 20 years, to simply say f-it.

I've read some of your past replies - you really don't like Republicans or Trump. Might be time to consider changing parties.

except in 2020 they handed out pencils at the polling stations, and guess what, pencils do not work with scantrons.

So they need to be “corrected”

So guess what, You’re voting Democrat one way or another.

That was the last time I bothered to vote because I knew they were changing my vote.

Pencilgate was a huge thing after the 2020 election.

I hope some Republicans win I support Stacy Garrity for Governor here in Pennsylvania.

But the Iran War was absolutely wrong including the extreme violence unleashed by Israel on Lebanon in connection with that war.

In Gaza 70,000 plus dead too much tribalistic retribution following the terrorist attack on Israel October 7th, 2023 Netanyahu refusing to authorize a state inquiry into it.

That attack was preventable IMHO Israeli women soldiers on the cameras saw it coming were ignored by higher ups. Why?

So yes, I am not inclined in US House or Senate races to vote support Republicans they are all bought by people who support brutal violence in the Middle East.

Those who don’t like Thomas Massie crushed under millions in special interest spending in conjunction with President Trump.

The economic mess bad enough, but the brutal ‘masterhating’ of tribalism is neither Christian nor Conservative.

I was a big fan of Trump and I'm very conservative. However, Trump has really screwed up and failed on his promises, especially on foreign policy and no more wars. And I'm not willing to just be a fan-boy and justify bad decisions.

As far as the GOP, it's an abject failure and is reflected directly by the fact that Trump, through one and half terms, has had to manage through executive orders and very few of what we wanted are protected through bills passed in the House and Senate. You want to be a Thune fan, go ahead. I won't.

Just out of curiosity, how do you consider yourself a conservative? So far you've spoken democrat talking points. Hateful ones... Surely you know that, right?

First, Trump stopped 8 wars from happening. That said, no President can say there won't be any wars during his term - and Trump didn't say that either. Trump spoke of stopping 'forever' wars. Years and years of costly stalemates like Biden and Obama gave us. War we didn't win or lose and were meaningless. Wars that went on for YEARS.

The war with Iran is NOT a 'forever' war. It's been going on less than 7 months. The goal is to stop Iran from getting a nuclear bomb. Because we all know as soon as Iran gets a few nuclear bombs they will kill millions of people in Israel and millions of people in the United States. How do we know that ? Because they've been saying it the last 47 years. "Death to Israel - Death to America" And Iran's invested in building ICBM's (intercontinental ballistic missiles). Stress on 'intercontinental' - that means they would be able to hit us with a nuke - they already can hit Israel if they had the nukes - but not us... yet. You want to give up a few American cities?

I'm guessing this war will be over soon. It'll NEVER be a forever war.

Seriously what 'conservative' positions do you hold? Any that aren't stereotypical BS put out by democrats to smear Trump, MAGA and the half of Americans who elected Trump?

Bingo.

All of the degeneracy in the US can be laid at the feet of the lazy, fat-arsed fake-conservatives that won’t go vote. They are like 14-yr olds — whine, whine, whine.
