C'mon...give it a little more thought.Maybe I should have mentioned the Nazis during the 1930s and 1940s. Do you recall some of the things that they did to kids? A 15 year old killing someone isn't the same as a 40 year old killing someone.

Why do you think that states have "age of consent" laws? They're meant to tell 50 year old guys that a girl at or above that age is OK but one under it is not to be touched...even if she says yes. And that's because under that age a girl is deemed to be too immature to fully understand what she's doing.

Exactly the same with execution...under a certain age a kid is deemed to be too immature to fully understand what he/she is doing.
