Read an article somewhere (FR??) that detailed all the devices that produce what I deem as an “electronic aura”.
Everywhere you go all these devices transmit a signal of some type and only a few can be turned off. (You can turn your phone off, for example)
Defense contractors are writing programs that can collate this data and then follow it around.
So even if they don't know who they are following they will eventually find that data in a place where there is a camera that will have a pic of who they have been following.
Flock LPR’s are nothing compared to this.

Actually, even a powered off(it appears to you and me)phone still sends out data. Amazing what Apple and other can do.
