One more reason I’ve never understood having a perfect stranger fetch and deliver your food.
When I go to a restaurant or fast food joint there’s ALREADY too many people handling my food to suit me without some random 3rd party contractor touching it as well.
Not to mention the added cost.
Yeah maybe sometimes it’s necessary but most of the time I suspect its justcsheer laziness.
Get off your dead ass and go get your food people.
Get off your ass and FIX DINNER AT HOME!
My son has a job where he has to do some things every 15-30 minutes. There’s some classification involved so I won’t say more.
But his employer covers any food and delivery expenses with a door dash credit card for all staff.
I guess there’s a place for such services. Not one I’d ever use though.
