My first job out of college was on Ocean Park Blvd. in Santa Monica. We’d head to the pier or the promenade for lunch. That was back in the ‘90s, and that’s not the Santa Monica of 2026. A shame what’s happened to it.
Lived there back during WW2. I was a small kid, but remember it being a great place to live. Guess all good things change...particularly in California.
