I’m sure much of that wealth exists in stock options that the employees may not be able to exercise until a future date.
Your comment might also not apply to those employees in their late 20’s or 30’s, who want to ensure their financial well being for a very long time horizon.
I am sure many arestock options,,,,but once again, very, very few are ‘locked”.
