airports? well, at least those are necessary. if they *place* and manage the construction, necessary infrastructure, and future/continuing maintenance, like an airport (or better yet put them off world) and use minimum taxpayer money, that would certainly be better. taxpayer funded mega stadiums? always hated those anyway.
