The “Captain” was probably transporting illegal aliens into the country or around this country.
Why else would a Mother have her 5 month old Baby with her on a sailing route that was operating at 1.30AM?
I don’t have kids, but aren’t 5 month old infants supposed to be in their beds at 1.30AM, vs on the open waters?

It's great that Josh Christenson and Jorge Fitz-Gibbon at The New York Post refer to him as a "Captain" despite him not having a license.
He was as much of a captain as Captain Morgan - who was likely involved in the party anyway.
