To: Bob Wills is still the king

There is a phrase that was common a decade or so ago in the shooting world, “Glock Leg”. When the Glock was relatively new, and people hadn’t fully transitioned to kydex holsters, there were a bunch of negligent glock discharges into the the leg when holstering. There is a famous video of a glock going of in a holster as the owner bends over.

Glock is fundamentally safer than the 320 because it has a “worse” trigger. Longer, harder pull. Maybe the dingus helps too. But if the trigger gets pulled, it will still go off, even in a holster.

The negligent discharges leading to "Glock Leg" still occur and have even expanded where someone other than the gun holder shoots them in the leg while drawing or holstering the Glock handgun.
