Unfortunately this is true. The nation is in a state of financial and cultural collapse, all in slow motion. The president is easily distracted by Israeli intelligence that benefits only Israel. And sometimes you just have to put the hammer down on the communist here at home. Even those in your own party sitting in the senate and stonewalling critical legislation.
The best thing he can do is take over the senate republicans. There is probably a way to do so but it may involve some dirty pool. But so be it. It is time. We’re in the last inning and the communist are openly discussing their plans and still winning elections.
There was a book called “The Last President” written over a 120 years ago. That book, often tied to President Trump, may actually be prophetic.
As for the postings on FR. Face it, the hardcore founding users of FR have pretty much died off. Just a few remain and no new younger membership is replacing them.
And those that are are not hardcore - they populists or conservatives tired of the corporate rot they face daily making a living. And Trump isn’t doing much to help that.
His focus on Iran has devestated his support in his own party and with independents. And I totally understand why.
FR old timers can keep complaining but it won’t change the eventual outcome of this site: Its decline will speed up and it will cease operations within the next 3 years. Nothng last forever. Now, start thinking about what must replace it? Most likely a dedicated Reddit group, if there isn’t one already. Free - no costs.
I loved Reagan but Trump has actually done MORE than Reagan.
Reagan could have gone after Iran but he probably wanted to heal the nation from Jimmy Carter.
