I might get flamed, but the price of beef isn’t really an issue for me. I usually buy the ground sirloin or extra lean. It runs around $10 a pound. I can get 3 or 4 burgers depending on how feel about eating. I use to be able chow down on more than half a pound of burgers without a blink of the eye.
Delicious extra lean ground beef at Aldi, advertised as being from the USA, is delicious and less than $10 a pound.
