That seems only fair. Especially these Star Chamber trials against men that had been going on at universities since Biden turbocharged the misinterpretation of Title IX, destroying men's reputations, college careers and possible future employment on the basis of "she said" following a night of sleeping together after drinking.
These tribunals did not allow the man to bring a lawyer or witnesses, and relied mostly on the emotions of the female or feminized faculty or admins running these sessions. It's a disgrace. I hope the Trump Admin has been able to put a halt to these inquisitions.
That said, real rapes are acts of violent dominance and control and can main a victim's body or psyche permanently. The law needs to make a clear distinction between "date rape" and actual penetrative assault. It's my guess that the same males who fully support the legal shooting of a burglar in ones' home also think that a rape is no big deal.
You're free to guess anything you like ... I don't know anyone who thinks that way.
