It takes a chemical process to REMOVE the fat, from dairy.

The fat is typically removed from milk with a centrifugal separator. That process doesn’t need, and as far as I know, use, chemicals.

I’ve read there are processes that do use chemicals.

Why would you NOT want the full fat, as Nature intended, anyway?

Just curious.

We used to pour the cream off the top of milk in the glass milk bottles delivered to our doors, as I remember from 1951.
