Not really the President can veto anything they pass. Nothing will get done .I doubt they will take the senate so that is a limiting factor as well.

Legislation isn't the point - the Democrats are well aware of that. Rather, the point is to harass businesses who cater to conservatives - drag them into hearings, demand records, issue subpoenas. That's already been proven to work during the Biden administration, and it sounds like the Democrats plan to amp it up.
