Like the story yesterday or today that the sweetener in Diet Coke can cause dementia. Of course, the sweetener in all diet drinks is the same. But Trump’s drink of choice is Diet Coke. People then are supposed to take the (il)logical path that Trump has dementia.
The same sweetener is in all diet sodas, plus a number of other low calorie foods. You think everybody has dementia?
