Who, or what, is “Arday?”
The highest institutions have been corrupted to catering to the perverse fantasies of those who will pay them.
Remember their one and only objective…. Destroy the university.
JPeterson outlined this issue a couple of years after becoming an icon.
You can tell if such “research” is garbage. Keep in mind that research is funded and researchers supported (I used to be one) only if what you are digging into is: new, and useful.
Now, you can make up new simply by corrupting language. But, useful has a tell. If no one else uses your research it was time/$$ money wasted.
JP’s point was go look at the thousands of new dissertations and thesis. Then, look the next few years and see how many were used/footnoted in the next round of research. He did this and found that 99.999% of the silly sounding crappola “studies” had no follow up. Thousands of them and not one was used. No one in the same field even bothered to read the previous study results, much less use them as a foundation for furthering the pursuit of knowledge.
Even a right proper degree can be useless. When I was in college all the girls were majoring in Oceanography, why? They wanted to swim with the dolphins. Only, how many jobs are their at Sea World? I got a degree in History—another dead end degree-—I paid off my loan managing a shoe store. People got to have things on their feet.
